Management Approach: Our Processes

To ensure mission objectives and customer satisfaction, Kapstone maintains a program management structure with clearly defined lines of authority. The authority to make decisions is delegated appropriately allowing for agile execution. We keep our employees involved and take advantage of their skills, providing our customers with a more cooperative and responsive environment. Further, we implement standardized processes and procedures based on ITIL best practices to normalize O&M, improve operational efficiencies, improve mission capability, and reduce total operations cost.  The use of these processes allows us to follow a stream-lined, repeatable methodology, which produces stellar execution of our projects.
